“We were just passing through on our way back home to Gainesville from Daytona Beach, and decided to stop in for a healthier alternative to fast food on the way home.How nice to not only be greeted by John, but along with being courteous, attentive, and obviously knowing his product, he had a great sense of humor! ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE workers can learn something from this man. Unfortunately, he only works at this SUBWAY location on the weekends. He deserves kudos and pRAISE! “A gentleman named Gray helped me out so much because I haven't been able to get a hold of another store that's right across the street from me I go over there every day basically except for Mondays and Tuesday so I usually order a wrap about every day and I just am not able to call them ahead of time so thank you Gray for handling it and talking to the manager at that store.
