“The stew chicken was some of the best I've had and if you know me... you know I KNOW good food! The staff didn't have fish on the menu for the day, but we asked what they could do and they graciously made a quick escovich snapper since that's the fish they had available and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly and light! The veggies were nicely flavored and the rice was also good. If traveling again in the area or nearby, I would absolutely take the trip for the food again. My family is Caribbean so I grew up on this food. So refreshing to enjoy well cooked Caribbean food outside the home.“

“This is a wonderful place! Tried the stew chicken, fried goat, and stew oxtail on my first visit. All were fantastic and full of flavor. The black rice is incredible!! Went back two days later to try the highly recommended lambi (conch) dish (1st foto) and stew turkey (2nd foto). Lambi meal has one of the most incredible flavors and is perfectly tender. Even nicer than the food are the folks that run the place! Cannot recommend enough! 10,000/10!!“

“I found this hidden gem while searching for brunch restaurants in Lantana. First time visiting and it was everything I imagined from seeing photos. The staff were friendly - from the greeter, to our server (Dale), and the sweet older lady with the pink lipstick who brought out our food each time (I believe her name is Maria). The cocktails were on point! I had the Razz-a-Rita and the Frozen Libations Margarita in a coconut cup which has the restaurant's name. Ordered it just to have it as a souvenir. The oysters appetizer came as 1/2 dozen and were good. Didn't have a bad taste or smell. The blackened Mahi with plantains and mango salsa was the highlight for me. *Chef's kiss!* Finished off with the chocolate cake - it was very rich but not too sweet. The ambience of being so close to the water, sitting in the shade while light background music played was the perfect Sunday setting.“

My coworker and I ordered DD, he got the curry goat and I got the beef stew. He was SWEATING at the end 🤣. The curry goat was awesome, but that heat builds! The beef stew has heat as well, but I was too into it to care. I literally cleaned that plate, lips burning, nose running, stomach at capacity and I wanted more. Before this I got my baby’s first bday cake and smash cake and it was BEAUTIFUL and tasted so good! It was strawberry cake and homemade buttercream icing. And before this my husband had gotten a cake for his moms birthday which was also magnificent (tho I don’t have a picture of it) I’ve also already ordered my husbands birthday cake for august and will show it off then too! “We are doing a Demolition job across the street and stopped in for some lunch. We are from Fort Lauderdale where there is not one good Jamaican spot a new one opens up every couple of weeks and it’s worse than the other so glad I found this place. the owner was at the counter, made some suggestions and hooked us up with some stew beef that was flavorful and the beef melts in your mouth. Highly recommended.“

They have an old joke if you go to a Jamaican restaurant and the staff to nice the food sucks🤣 when I first came here in 2008 I was 23 and had heard they fried chicken good. I was on lunch break working at port of Palm beach. I went inside and they had no menus. The cashier table was against the back left wall they have changed it since then. A big RUG or Carpet picture of Haile Sellasie hung of the wall. You couldn’t see the food and had to take the word. A man came from the back with a frown on his face say. Wah U Wun😂 impulsively I said brown stew chicken instead of fried. 17 years later I ain’t never ate nothing else from there. I can go on forever but Dwight you deserve your flowers. If I could’ve found a knock iff version of yall I would’ve probably sold yall out. Yet in 17 years I ain’t never found nothing close. I’m so fortunate and blessed to have came across yall in 2009 up until now about to be 2026 in a few days“
