“My best friend & I went here for lunch today. Jorge , the GM, stopped at our table to make sure all was ok. It was great so far. Then we got an awesome waitress, Kristina. She could not have been any better. Had everything we needed and the food was outstanding. I called and spoke to Jorge and told him how pleased we were. People are so quick to complain so Kim & I decided to tell them how happy we were with start to finish. Gators Dockside has always been my favorite restaurant, and it’s still my favorite restaurant. “Long time New York City resident here. For 40 years. Moved here in 2015. Finally found a bagel shop that measures up to NYC. The bagels are perfect. Fresh daily. Not rubbery. They don’t microwave the eggs. The bacon has flavor. Fresh onions. They prepare food fast. Most places in Florida you sit for ten minutes for a bagel. Not here. The roast beef sandwich is amazing. They have Yoo-hoo and the best Gatorade flavors. You have to try it. Never underestimate Florida. You never know what you’ll find.“

“First time here. We arrived around 8 pm on Thursday night and it was super busy but we were sat right away. Just two of us. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrapper and my son ordered the 7 oz Filet. All to die for. Yohaira was our waiter and she was awesome. Croissants of course are to die for. Highly recommend. Compliments to the cooks. We will return ❤️❤️“

“We went to Sam’s Beach Bar today and I got the Grouper Fingers basket. It was excellent! 5 large fingers with very crispy breading. It was so good my husband decided to order the same thing to go for his dinner. I opened up his container and was shocked. 2 small fingers with mushy white meat and instead of a crispy breading it looked like it was battered. Neither the breading nor the meat tasted the same. Very disappointed. I love Sam’s Beach bar but I will have a hard time getting my husband to go back.“

“Well I have aways loved Cracker Barrel for its store and for dining but here lately I have been disappointed in their change of menu. Example is I love their chicken pot pie well now you only get it on a certain day and there has been other changes to the menus as well . Hit to mention it seems like the portions have decreased too. The last three times I have been there I have been disappointed. Being honest I have to say Cracker Barrel probably will not be my place if choice anymore. Also whenever I travel which is every year a couple times a year Cracker Barrel was my favorite stops along the way I always knew I would have a good meal there . Now I have to say the food itself is still good but they have changed the menu .like any other restaurant you go to you have your favorite meal you always seem to order . But I couldn’t honestly say I would not recommend Cracker Barrel ..staff are always friendly and polite and very helpful.“

“Best Chinese around our area in Spring Hill and we have tried a lot of them and always come back to this! Their portions are good and their prices are good. We will always order from here and highly recommend. My favorite is the bourbon chicken and my hubby likes the general Tao’s.“

“I love this place! Melissa is the BEST bartender! She's always consistent and so friendly!! The cooks are great as well, very friendly and quick! Julie on the other hand is in la la land (doesn't know/want to know how to cook the food, doesn't know the menu and takes forever to get your drink order... when I see her working we don't stay for very long)

I wish the food/menu could be improved. Half of the stuff on the menu isn't available and and there is no cook during the day so I've had to leave several times when a bartender doesn't know how to cook. It would be nice if they had more food options (I know the kitchen is small but I love this place and wish there was more effort put into it)

It's also very irritating that me and my husband come here weekly after work to play pool and both tables are taken up by the league almost every single time we come for hours at a time. I wish they would take the league to another establishment so other people have the chance to play. I would definitely stay there longer if I knew I could play pool.

Other than that, I love karma! My husband and I just moved to Spring Hill from Tampa and we're getting to know a lot of the regulars. I love the way this place is set up, the owner did a great job!“

“Stayed at Timber Pines and decided to try this as a take away option. The lady taking the orders was efficient albeit a little brusque.
Ordered sweet and sour pork and Mongolian beef, neither of which were like the photos. The pork came as battered balls like the chicken photo, which was a shame as we didnt want a battered dish. The Mongolian beef looked more like beef, ginger and spring onion, certainly not in a delightful sweet sticky sauce as normal.
Whilst the portion size was good the food wasnt good enough for a return visit.
So sorry, just notk good enough for a better review.“

Where are the owners on busy times of day to run the business. Plus ..and even worse...the two men that seldom run the check out are rude. They don't say one single word to you, but take ur card or money. Don't say thank u or anything. Great food...great service.... Lousy management“

“This place is understaffed and unprofessional...I waited 40 min for my order which arrived incorrectly...waitress justified that by saying it was what she wrote down..really?...my wife's food was burnt and again when she didn't get her correct toast again it was what the waitress wrote...we will never set foot on there again...disgusting“
