Dunkin' Donuts in Hialeah

“I recently visited Dunkin' and had a pleasant experience worth sharing. I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was cozy, with a comfortable seating area and a clean, well-maintained interior.

I ordered a medium iced coffee with caramel flavor and a classic glazed donut. The coffee was perfectly brewed, not too bitter, and had just the right amount of sweetness. It was refreshing and gave me the energy boost I needed. The glazed donut was fresh and delicious, with a soft, airy texture and a delightful sugary glaze that melted in my mouth.

One thing that stood out to me was the efficiency of the service. Despite a busy morning rush, my order was prepared quickly, and I didn't have to wait long. The staff managed the crowd well, ensuring everyone was served promptly without compromising the quality of the food and beverages.“

They handle the walk in traffic and the online mobile orders quickly and efficiently!

“the Cuban guy that’s there in the early morning (4AM) is the best. He always has my pickup orders that i order on my way to work ready extremely fast and always has them ready by the time i get there. The other 2 ladies on the other hand that are there on the days that Cuban guy is not are not great. they most of the time don’t have my order ready by the time i get to the store and i usually always order 10-15 minutes before arriving. I always end up having to wait when the two lady’s are there compared to the Cuban guy.“

“The staff was friendly and one overextended herself when l forgot to apply the APP discount. I usually don’t but glaze donuts from Dunkin but these were really tasty, they also sell chocolate-filled donuts not all locations do. I wish they had a drivethrougb, however, despite buckets of rain and it being the slower time of day, we were there with dripping umbrellas and all.😂“
