What a great night! On a whim, a group of women got together to celebrate my aunt's birthday. My mother had heard this place advertised on Spanish radio. Honestly, I was skeptical at first. The place is located in a strip shopping center in Hialeah. The friendly staff greeted us at the door, and immediately showed us to our table.
It was a dreary and rainy day. But luckily, Brio brightened up the mood. Mom and I walked in Brio and there were four people standing at the host stand. We were taken to a table and were given our menus and silverware. Right away, I noticed how loud the kitchen is. I was surprised I heard so much ruckus coming from the kitchen.
