This Pollo Tropical location is one of the best locations. I always order pickup there. They prepare the order on time and accurately, the food is always perfectly cooked and tasty. They are customer oriented, very nice and friendly.

Pollo Tropical Express is a restaurant known for its cleanliness and top-notch service, although some may find the prices steep. The grilled chicken is a standout, and customers can enjoy various side dishes. Vegetarian options are available, such as the veggie tropichop. The staff, including a blonde woman in a black shirt named Mirna, are attentive and helpful. Parking is convenient with plenty of options close to the store.
