Those small each, and every piece was so quality and had layers to flavor. The short man behind the bar was absolutely pleasant Ant and made jokes with us and welcomed us from the moment we walked in. All service members were pleasant. Atmosphere is calming yet lively and fun.“

The pizza is crispy and fresh out of the oven. It was a great meal. We had a friendly and knowledgeable, waitress named Kelsey. On the way out, we met the owner Luis. He was very friendly and took the time to talk about their restaurants and all the other locations they had. We will definitely be back.“

It's an update on The Center for Subtropical Affairs, which was a little cooler, cheaper and more raw than Understory, but the new venue, to be honest, has better sound, drink options, and food options. It's just a dope spot, albeit a bit expensive, like most places in Miami.“

We opted for sitting at the bar and the bartender was super friendly and he did give us good recommendations for tapas and drinks. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they do half off all wine bottles on Sunday, and we went with a sparking. We ordered some great dishes. The Heirloom tomatoes, the focaccia bread (stellar choice) and the delice de Bourgogne (a must try if you like creamy buttery cheeses), the mussels (great sauce), the salmon a la plancha (nicely cooked, honestly my favorite dish of the night) and a half portion Paella Mariscos.
