“We went to Vinya Coral Gables with a group of classmates and had a great time. The restaurant is perfect for sharing dishes and enjoying well-crafted cocktails. They’re also known for their impressive wine selection.

The standout dishes for me were the bacon-wrapped dates and the black ink risotto—both were packed with flavor and definitely worth trying. Overall, it’s a solid spot for good food and drinks in a relaxed setting.“

It's an update on The Center for Subtropical Affairs, which was a little cooler, cheaper and more raw than Understory, but the new venue, to be honest, has better sound, drink options, and food options. We came on a Monday night around 6pm and didn't have to wait; perfect timing because the wait seemed to be getting long as soon as we got seated. Great date night vibes or perfect for a night out with friends!! You can even bring your own wine/beer with a $3 charge. The service was excellent as our waiter would consistently check on us. My boyfriend ordered the Bigoli Della Nonna spaghetti pasta and I ordered the Bianchi and Neri black and white pasta, while we shared theBeaudevinshrimp cakes. Fun fact: their noodles are handmade in house!! 3 words: Everything was AMAZING. I could not get enough of their black and white noodles and pasta sauce. Pricing was also very reasonable. I cannot wait to be back!!!! Four stars only because parking is incredibly difficult.“

“I came in yesterday @ 9:45 and wow. I never want to be that person to arrive when a kitchen is closing. You may think my experience was terrible, but it’s the exact opposite. I was greeted with open arms and a smile. It was just me at the bar, as to what i previously mentioned I ordered quickly.

The chef didn’t skip a beat, details, flavor, presentation were on point. On some of the dishes I was pleasantly surprised.

I’m definitely coming back

“The place is elegant and relaxed. The service is good and pleasant. The food was quite good. However, the negative part was that they served 2 dishes to a table of 6 and 25 minutes later the other 4 dishes, even though they apologized for a place of this level, this is intolerable. The price is quite high.“

“Excellent and innovative proposal! We went to the Orlando branch and the Aventura branch. Very rich, excellent quality of ingredients. For my taste, the dough is very thin, I would make it more sustained so that it can receive a little more cheese/s topping. We will return!

From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home with his friendliness, attention to detail, and perfect recommendations.
