Citron Bistro offers a great menu in a bright and pleasant remodeled interior. The conch fritter appetizer is fantastic, while the almond crusted swordfish and pasta special are amazing. The Calamari was small and overdone, but some enjoy it that way. The shrimp and grits lacked flavor, but the butter sauce made it memorable. Gelato is luscious, and the grapefruit martinis are excellent. The service is perfect, and the portion sizes are generous - a small house salad can serve two. Despite some long waits and possible extra charges, the overall experience is positive. With fresh ingredients and a variety of tasty dishes, Citron Bistro is a great choice for a meal out.
