“The food, as always, was excellent and consistently well-prepared. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the meal. Despite it being a relatively slow Wednesday evening, we experienced long waits for drinks, and once our food arrived, our server did not return until the dishes had cooled to room temperature. Service follow-through at this location has been a recurring issue for years, and it's an area that truly needs attention.“

“We had an early dinner tonight. We were pleasantly surprised by the service, our waiter Roberto was very attentive. We started with pisco sours which were well prepared. The appetizers were good, the main courses delicious. I had the special of the day Risotto with Scallops, the scallops were one of the best I have ever eaten. Hope they move the dish to the regular menu. My husband had the Pappardelle with Ragú, he truly enjoyed it. The dessert we shared was the absolute best, chirimoya mousse cake with tiny meringues, not to be missed. Chef Sergio came out and introduced himself which was a nice gesture. We will return.“

“We had the privilege of dining at Oak & Ember in downtown Stuart on 1/22/26, and this first time experience was nothing short of pure class all the way. We were celebrating my father's 80th birthday (who does need a wheelchair to get around) and the staff was accommodating, and the service was amazing! From the little details like confetti on the table, to a lovely card and a complimentary champagne toast for a milestone birthday, we were blown away by the hospitality. Our server Eduardo was professional and attentive every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about this man - he alone made the night extra special. To top it all off, the food from the hard working kitchen team was spectacular! The food alone is reason enough to pay them a visit. Downtown Stuart has a few class act dining options available, and Oak & Ember is no exception. Highly recommended. Thank you O & E team for a truly memorable evening!“

“Real good Thai Food here the chefs are very talented. I’ve been to Thai places in this area. This is probably the best Thai place in a 100 mile radius. this place could survive and thrive in Manhattan. It is that good. We are lucky to have a place with such talented chefs, they obviously use fresh ingredients because it shows in their dishes. I have had their basil stir fry minced chicken and their fresh roll and they are both delicious.“

“We just co-hosted a Stuart/Martin Chamber after hours event here. Planning the event was amazing. Jay with the county was so communicative and helpful for months. Gatah, restaurant manager, was organized and proactive in planning the menu and pricing. For months prior, the team contacted me with so much encouragement and support in planning. The night of the event, the staff was amazing to work with. I saw that no one waited long at the bar for a drink and the food came out fresh and hot. The feedback I got from attendees was that the pizza was delicious, the driving range was such a fun addition to the night and that the facility was a place they too should book for events.
