“We’ve passed the Shark Shack many times and it always seems to be crowded, so we decided to stop in on our home from dinner. As always, it was crowded but service was quick and served with a smile. There are a ton of flavors to choose from so, even the most finicky eater will find a floor to their liking. My lovely bride chose the cappachino crunch and gave it an eight out of ten (she likes to use a scale to rate her dishes). Good balance of coffee flavor and toffee flavored chips I had a double scoop. One scoop was the strawberry (which is my standard flavor choice at any ice cream store). It had plenty of strawberry pieces and was nice and creamy. I would give it a nine (might as well keep going with her scale system). My second scoop was the chocolate raspberry which, featured a great tasting dark chocolate but had barely a hint of raspberry. I’d give it an eight out of ten. Bottom line… is it worth going to the Shark Shack for your ice cream fix? Sure. It may not be perfect but, it’s well worth the trip.“

“Great service. Willing to personalize a coffee or espresso drink. We ordered a hazelnut latte and a nonfat latte with cinnamon powder. Ask for a hotter beverage if you like it that way. Limited menu but plenty of variety for most; even a few muffins available for a morning bite. Also tried a strawberry banana smoothie made with almond milk; good flavor and texture.“

“We reserved Kelly's Kones ice cream truck to be at our large community's kid's fishing derby. Pete showed up on time and was very professional. The kids loved to see him, and he provided an ice cream treat to each person in a large crowd. It was a great ending to a fun event. It’s located in a really great spot and pairs perfectly with everything around it. You can grab food at Burger Shack, play mini golf at Lighthouse Cove, and then finish the night with ice cream all in one area. Having everything so close together makes it an awesome and easy outing.“

“Love the flavors, but it's a shame that the special flavors of the day run out early, especially on weekends. I get it, first come first serve, but I don't have the luxury of going during the day and want to end the night with a special treat. I'll try again some other time of the year when they might plan ahead on availability.

Update: I appreciate the owner reaching out and explaining things a little. The limited time flavor was creme brulee on 2/8 and I was in around 8:45pm. A few others went in before my friend and I and were interested in the flavor as well but the flavor was gone by then. Again, I get it, first come first serve while supplies last.“

“I went to kilwins and was delighted with the service. A young chap named Evan was very patient as I was decided what ice cream flavor to get. His positive attitude honestly made my day. Also the ice cream was delicious as you can see from the picture (I ate it all)!! 😋 he also gave me an application to work at kilwins when I told him I was looking for a job. I definitely recommend going to kilwins for great ice-cream and for Evan. Next time I come im getting the Dubai style chocolate truffles 😋😋😋 and im going to make sure Evan is working when I come“
