I ordered online, when I got to the drive through they couldn’t locate the order. I went inside to speak with a store associate to show them my order information on my phone. The order had not been received yet and I didn’t have time to wait, so I asked for a full refund. The store associate couldn’t refund my order and referred me to call customer service. Went to order the advertised Oreo MegaStuf Cone. Staff seemed confused about how to do that.It's apparently supposed to come with two scoops of cookies and creme, two layers of Oreo creme, and Oreo pieces in top.I got a tiny single scoop in a chocolate cone.
