“The food is up to DD standards and the service is standard fast food. The problem is the staff are a bunch of kids. They're good workers and they are polite, but they are loud with each other. Don't go inside if you want to relax and enjoy your coffee.“

Every time we went past this location, the line seemed longer and longer. We don't know if the employees suffered any damage from the storm but the way they worked their behinds off for our area, was truly amazing!“

“July 19th, I went through the drive thru after work for my favorite drink and was let down when I found out it was a seasonal drink no longer in season. Rayne took my order & not only did she help me find a substitute for the seasonal drink, but explained to me how to order it from now on, as well as making sure my coffee was up to my standards with a great attitude and personality. She made my entire day with just her bubbly personality and kindness. We need more people like her in the service industry. Thank you for the white chocolate macadamia nut cold brew hack!!! She is an asset to this company, her ability to brighten someone’s mood within a 2 minute interaction in itself is wonderful! Sounds corny to say but please don’t let this world change you! “This little coffee shop is inside Books a Million. The coffee is good, the espresso drinks are also good, the specialty drinks are usually very sweet but you can request to have them made to your taste. The snack menu is limited, there are cookies and pastries but no real food. The staff usually consists of only one person but there is rarely a long wait for service. It is a quiet place for the most part and a nice place to sit and have a drink while you browse thru a book or two.“
