“I think the food is awesome but the last few times I've ordered online the wait has been very long. I'll get the message it will be ready at a Certain time, then I'll get the message that we're busier than normal your food will be ready at a different time. Then the food is still later than that. It took about an hour for my order today.“

“I want to give them 10 Stars if I could..I had a horrible experience at the subway in New Port Richey off of 54 I ordered online waited 40 minutes for my food was told my order was cancelled and to contact them to find out the reason why I tried three times to call so then I drove up there and was told they don't honor coupons and they were just awful so I drove to the one in Holiday.Sarah, James and Candi. Were absolutely amazing my food was prepared absolutely perfectly they were polite they were very professional and did honor the subway app coupon. These employees were wonderful. And even though I paid for my dinner twice tonight I did not regret it I will never go back to the one that's closest to my house I will always drive a little bit further and go to the one in Holiday.“

“I must give credit where credit is due! From the time they were able to open yesterday, this location stayed slammed with people in the drive through. Every time we went past this location, the line seemed longer and longer. We don't know if the employees suffered any damage from the storm but the way they worked their behinds off for our area, was truly amazing!“

“First time trying checkers. I get the burger meal #4 and the chicken tenders. Food was really good. The staff were awesome!! Thanks to the gentleman who took my order and the manager does an excellent job with service and staff. I’ll be back soon. Also they have a drive thru for cars and a pedestrian window. That’s great to see.“

“We haven't had BK in years! Stopped here for lunch on a whim. . We were instantly greeted by multiple workers. I chose to use the kiosk to order since there was 7 of us. I was asked if I needed any help or had any questions. Our food came out pretty quick, orders were all accurate, food was hot & fresh. The worker even helped my kids fit their BK crowns on their heads.
Restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean.“

“Considering it was only 3p-3:30p, the lobby had 1 other person inside and drive-thru was sparaticly busy when we went to pick up dinner we never expected to be told they were out of Dark meat 🍖 🫨 exactly what we wanted of course lol. A 30min wait is what we are told til a new batch of chicken will be done cooking & draining so we wait & let me say that was a 1st for me having fresh cooked kfc worth the wait! cooked perfectly wasn't all greasy like it usually is.“

“I drive from Palmetto every day to Hardee’s here on 19, they are always so friendly and happy every time I walk in they’re so fast getting my food ready for me. The manager Angel is absolutely amazing. The place wouldn’t be the same without her. She is a joy to see every morning. The food is always hot fresh and amazing.“

“My husband and I dined indoors for the first time at Tijuana Flats. Jess, front of house trainer, could not have been more friendly and helpful, as I am handicapped. Jess made certain we knew where everything could be located and even brought the menu to our table. Jess checked on us frequently and made sure everything was perfect! We will definitely come back! Thank you, Jess!!!“

“I never had a regular double burger at 5 guys. It is good with the peanuts for an app. Of course extra fries in the bag. It was very busy but service was quick and friendly. Cost for one person is shown on bill. They kept the place clean as people left.“

“Listen, I’m absolutely in love with the place but it seems like when I go there at night and the guys are working the older gentleman they always mess up my order and it’s always hard to order with them. I don’t know what’s going on. I know you’re older and you’re setting your ways but good leadership skills are to delegate roles if you don’t know the menu or how to change orders please let them do I mist out on food I love because you don’t listen well“
