“Tina was AWESOME!! It’s late and I was so thankful you were open! She went above and beyond for us! I noticed she was dealing with a huge rush of people, by herself and was still smiling! I waited until she wasn’t so busy bc she was by herself… but She was working her tail off to get everything back right for the next people! She greeted us with a big smile. Offered us drinks or cookie or chips! I forget I love your cookies too!! We’ll definitely be back to see her again! And as busy as she was she still made us smile and it was a very pleasant visit!!“

“The girls are stepping their game up. Smiles finally and not just heads fown. These younger ones here need work ethics but looks like they are getting a little better. Food sometimes fresh and hot but not always. Hey less cream in iced coffee. More milk than coffee. My local spot so there almost daily“

“I must have forgotten how much more burger the Big Buford offers. They don’t try to make up for a little patty with a pile of processed French fries. The meal deal was plenty. Their fries are great. A very competitive value. I’ll be back!“

“Delicious! I'm always so impressed with how much food you get for the price. There's so many options & plenty of flavor. I've never had a rude interaction! The employees are kind! Just be prepared to wait even if you call your order in to avoid waiting in the Florida heat. Its not a long wait but it's a slight inconvenience if you're trying to hurry. Other than that, no complaints!“

“We haven't had BK in years! Stopped here for lunch on a whim. . We were instantly greeted by multiple workers. I chose to use the kiosk to order since there was 7 of us. I was asked if I needed any help or had any questions. Our food came out pretty quick, orders were all accurate, food was hot & fresh. The worker even helped my kids fit their BK crowns on their heads.
Restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean.“

“I drive from Palmetto every day to Hardee’s here on 19, they are always so friendly and happy every time I walk in they’re so fast getting my food ready for me. The manager Angel is absolutely amazing. The place wouldn’t be the same without her. She is a joy to see every morning. The food is always hot fresh and amazing.“

“Today Jo greated us at the door, asked if we had questions, and let us know where to order. He was kind,and welcoming. I really appreciate the service. Food was great. Jo checked in on us, brought us our refills and doggie bag containers. When we left Jo even took the time to thank us and get the door for us on the way out.“
