Valery was our server and she did amazing the whole time. Very attentive and professional. Food was great and well done right. Ambiance in the patio was perfect. Definitely coming back again.
Cabo Blanco Restaurant & Bar is a gem for Peruvian cuisine. Their Lomo Saltado is a crowd-pleaser, and the staff delivers with care. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including steak with red onions and rice, ceviche, and fried calamari and yucca. The cancha and salsas are excellent. The outdoor seating area on the very lively street provides a natural atmosphere, and the service is excellent. With attentive staff and quite good flavors, Cabo Blanco is a great choice for a meal, although be prepared for higher prices than listed online.
