I went to a wedding a stumbled upon this restaurant and one of the best Turkish eateries I have had the pleasure of experiencing. All the entries were freshly made and very delicious!!
Delicious food! Kabobs are the best! Family owned. Friendly service.
We ate here several years ago and loved it, many great vegan options.
I just spoke with the owner (4/5/2024), their lease was not renewed and had to close.
He is looking for another location to reopen someday.
Istanbul Restaurant offered a great menu with many clearly labeled vegan options, including the delicious Falafel Plate. The owner, knowledgeable about veganism, provided a welcoming atmosphere. Although it was pricy, the restaurant served authentic Turkish food, making it a great option for those seeking a taste of Turkey. Unfortunately, the restaurant had to close due to lease issues, but the owner is searching for a new location to reopen. In its previous location, it offered stunning ocean views from the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk.
