I could have given a 5, but the experience i just had is just so unaceptable. I'am waiting for my order, a cup of soup, nothing that needed to be cooked. Soon, a person places an order on the counter, facing the kitchen, and doesn't call the name, so i keep waiting, and when could wait no more timidly, turned the bag around to find it was my order. I couldn't believe it.
I love this place. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. The management is super sweet as well. I was waiting on some light roast coffee to be made and the manager offered me a free pastry for the inconvenience but I told him that I'm OK and that it's not necessary. I don't like taking advantage of situations, but the offer was very kind.

The first time I ordered from the restaurant they gave me a tuna salad sandwich with no tuna. I called and they fixed it at a later date but gave me half a sandwich in return for my full one. I said “maybe that day was a bad day” and tried to order from this particular branch again.
