I love pollo tropical but for some reason this location hasn't been so great. I have been here twice. Both times there was an issue. Last time I got burnt brown rice and this time the chicken was not cooked properly. I wasn't able to enjoy the food in its entirety. The staff is very very nice and polite .
Food is good but service is extremely slow, would not recommend.
I ordered trough the App and had to wait 15 min past the pickup time to get my order.
