“Went to this location on Sunday mostly because of the NASCAR promo going on but mainly to get our fix of the new Mocha coffee freezes. So addictive! They are fantastic. Anyway when we got there the discount wasn’t in the app for some reason. The manager stepped in and gave us coupons that actually were better than if we had used the app promo! The guy making the shakes is an excellent employee! He’s waited on us before and he takes pride in his work. The manager went above and beyond to help us. We have never had a bad experience at this location. We’ve been going here for years. Great people, excellent food!“

“On Sunday morning, May 3, 2026 I went through the drive-through to pick up three breakfast sandwich sandwiches and three orders of potatoes. It seemed like there was only one lady working everything; the cash register registered , the drive-through, cooking the food.. I just wanted to say her customer service was top-notch and the food was amazing. Honestly, it’s Tuesday and we are still warming up the potatoes in the air fryer from Sunday because they were so many! Unlike their competitor next door This Wendy's always does awesome !“

“Purchased the number 2 (3 beef soft tacos) and 4 (1 crunchwrap supreme , 1 beef crunchy taco) off the menu.
The dining area was clean (floors, tables, chairs). The menu items are reasonably priced.
Lastly, the staff were polite and engaging.
I will be back again, recommend if you are looking for a not expensive meal.“

“I want to give a big shout out to the night crew that worked on may 22nd around 11ish pm. Yall are super nice and very fast even though yall were short staffed. Yall killed it. “It has taken me months to figure out their app. The only problem is you have to know the exact address of the restaurant you are going to because the app may place you at a different one. I was actually in the parking lot using the app and it signed me up for a different restaurant“

“Erica was the girl that was there when we ordered at 4:30 on Wednesday, 29 October. She was by herself the person didn't show up the people that were there before her left the place a hideous mess with no food in the containers and she took her time. Try to do everything right it was so pleasant and sweet and she did an awesome job for the mess she was left. She would be an awesome manager someday if they ever need one and our food was great.“

“The pizza and garlic knots are absolutely delicious. But what really counts is that there product and service was outstanding!! This picture doesn’t even really do it justice. I use to be a store manager in Lee county for 3 1/2 years for Papa Johns and I know how important it is to make the pizzas perfect and get them out on time.. “We live in Hernando County and drove to Citrus just to visit this Classic Pizza Hut! We are glad we did. It's like walking into a blast from the past. Our server Stephanie was amazing.
