“Great food and views of the lake”

“Took my Mom to a ladies luncheon at Nicker’s. Understand this was a cold, windy, wet day. The setting is beautiful with tall windows to watch the golfers (who were staying in to keep warm). The group was served quickly. The Mahi sandwich looked delicious. Mom had the quesadilla and was quite happy. I had more plans later, so got just the chicken tenders. We heard the Bang Bang Shrimp was enough for lunch and looked yummy.
The atmosphere would be more pleasant on a beautiful day, but was well worth it on a dreary Florida day.
I recommend putting the location in maps. My Mom tried to take me in lots of directions after the gates.😂”

“Wonderful array of delicious brunch items. Everything from eggs Benedict to prime rib, as you would expect. Endless mimosas, and they aren't shy with the refills. The setting is spectacular with views of the lake and resort. Great place to impress your guests or have a celebration.”

“Took my parents to dinner here on Sunday. Since the restaurant is undergoing renovations they are serving the same menu at The Grove Restaurant, which was more than fine. We had a table by the windows and a beautiful view over the golf course. Our server, Owen, was very friendly, professional and attentive. He answered several questions about the menu and was very respectful of everyone. The menu options were great and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The carrot cake was delicious, one of the best I've ever eaten, and the slice could have been split 4 ways with some left over! I would definitely go there again.”

“Visited for the first time last night and really enjoyed ourselves. Somewhat limited menu for entrees, but an extensive lineup of proper Southern sides that made it hard to decide on just a few. Our solution for that was to pick a few for diinner, then get takeouts of several more. 🙂 Everything was delicious, with a special shoutout to the cook for the fried chicken. This is not fast food because they're cooking it up fresh and hot. Soooo good! The place is kind of small with not too many tables, but they also do takeout. From what we saw last night, they do quite a bit of takeout and so best to call ahead. The employees are very friendly, the food is great, and we'll be back!”

“Tatiana was our waitress and she was awesome. Super helpful made great recommendations. Gave service with a smile. Also enjoyed lady at front desk nice greeting a smile as we came I and as we were leaving. Error in food was not that bad. A+ on the spinach crab dip loved it so much. We got some to go to have tomorrow at home. One in our group said the chicken sandwich is smaller than what she’s had there in the past but still was delicious. Shrimp was good after we got our original order the guest said delicious in fact. Muffalatta sandwich bun was cold. The inside of the sandwich was so cold. It was cold in the middle. with thin thin slice of ice in the middle of the sandwich coming from Louisiana that one disappointed Me. It had all of the right taste in the sandwich.”

“We've been going to Mary's semi-regularly for breakfast, for about 6 months now. It can't be topped. We finally went in the other day for a lunch..and got the burgers. Not gonna lie, that was the best burger I've had in 8 years of living in Florida! Mine, my wife's, and my son's were all perfection. My other son got the chicken tenders...he said they were fantastic. MUST TRY!!!”

“Our first time here last night for Jimmy Buffett day hosted by Rob Nicholas. Highly recommend this place. The food was amazing and our server was the best we have ever had. The owners Courtney and Steve treated us fantastic. They gave us special gifts for coming and were always around talking to everybody. They made us feel so welcome. Plus you can rent boats here and there is an Inn if u want to spend the night. We will definitely be back. Very worth the drive. Beautiful evening view as well to end the evening.”

“We found Eden Abbey after looking into event spaces in our area, which we had a great experience with when we went with their private room, but will definitely be back time and time again for their amazing food and drink menu and family friendly vibes.
