It gets very confusing when you drive up and a voice comes through the speaker saying "Hello, would you like to make your purchase using the Star card to receive 10% off your order?" That voice is basically a pre-recorded ad for the Star card, and sometimes in the middle of it a staff member will ask if they can take your order.“
“Okay. *cracks knuckles* Oh sweet Stewby’s. Y’all. We went for lunch and there was a line when we walked in, but it was soooo worth a short 20-min wait from walking in to getting our food. The gentleman who took our order was a southern sweetheart, and the food was just the best. My husband and I are super into casual atmospheres and good cookin’ and this place FITS. THE. BILL. Just stop reading my review and go. Savor every bite.If you want to keep reading this as you make your way over, first off, know that the sweet teas are huge and perfectly brewed, and we got free refills as we walked out. Practically a gallon of tea between the four cups total we got to enjoy. I heartily devoured the fried shrimp dinner with baked beans and coleslaw (I’m particular about my slaw and this was great slaw) The shrimp is tender and cooked to perfection. The batter on the shrimp is simply the best—not too much, not too little, stays on the shrimp, and super tasty. The baked beans were sweet, unique, and truly delightful. My husband ordered the fried fish of the day (Mahi Mahi) with collard greens (to die for) and cheese grits (very yummy). Don’t get me started on the hushpuppies, which were so flavorful and not your standard dry hushpuppies but instead succulent and divine.We basically skipped out of the restaurant. It not only filled our tummies but also our souls. We usually only say grace and thank the Lord before every meal but we thanked the Lord before, during, AND after this one.PS: Stewby’s, we are willing to be unpaid actors for your commercials. Just give us a meal and we will scream your name from the rooftops. God bless y’all for creating such a fabulous restaurant to brighten the lives of the working class.“
“Me and my buddies came today for the first time to eat Chicago style dogs and beefs. I ordered the Maxwell street polish hotdog and my buddy ordered the the Viking polish dog and man oh man. The prices for these size Chicago dogs with friends are amazing, what’s even better is the taste. Met the owner as he was cooking these bad boys up and he is a very delightful person very nice and friendly. Highly recommend coming here to have a bite to eat“
“While visiting I try to always eat local and stay away from chain restaurants. This place is amazing. We ate inside but you can drive thru the building place your food and beer order. The burrito with beef and shrimp was very flavorful. I do feel they were stuffed just a bit too much because they exploded out the other end and I ended up eating it all with a fork because I couldn't get my mouth around it all and very messy. That being said because it was so good will definitely recommend and return. We stoped on a Thursday for lunch and they remained steady with business even after 1. Staff was very friendly.“
“We love a fresh tasting acai bowl any time of the year! Best place to get it at. When it's crowded it can be a wait to order and get ur bowl but so worth it. We love the local bowl with light granola since I share with my son. Cute spot to hang out when it's not crowded.“
“Grabbed some take out via my own DoorDash app(not everyone that orders via DoorDash is DoorDashing). Taco salad was legit and the food was amazing. They did miss my full bag of chips add on; but that’s ok.Ps. when I’m scooping my 3rd side of hot sauce because I didn’t get what I asked for (hot salsa on the side); don’t ask if everything is ok like I’m steal hot sauce after leaving a cash tip. It’s ok. ? the ladies working the order were hustling and were awesome! ?“
“Disappointed, again! Asked for a special sauce that they offer. This is the 4th time I have not received it. Second time that I received a market salad with out extra chicken and blue cheese. The apples were brown and lettuce was not fresh. To tired after work to take it back!I am done with this establishment.“

“I ate here, and it made me say, "What a burger!" I understood why the place was called Whataburger! It's a play on words you see. What a burger sounds like Whataburger, so it's a bit of fun based on those words sounding the same. It's very clever, reminds me of something I would think of myself. “The service was fast, food was good & hot and the cashier was very nice and friendly.As a previous poster mentioned, there are a colony of kitties that are harmless and very skiddish around cars/people. They aren't hurting anyone and is only looking for food, as they are starving strays. Please show some compassion and leave the poor kitties alone and let them be..it's not their fault that they're homeless and just trying to find food. :(I have no doubt that the employees wash their hands after feeding them, so please let them stay.Thanks!“

“We had hotdogs for lunch. The bun was fresh and fluffy, and the hotdogs were grilled with charred edges. They were delicious, but over-priced. The french fries were crisp on the outside and fluffy inside - they were the best part of the meal. We sat outside. The table had shade but the ground hadn't been swept in days.“

“I know that it's kinda, pardon my pun, cheesy to review chain pizza delivery restaurants. BUT...this is probably the best quality, most accurate with order, and friendliest delivery driver, fast pizza delivery place I've ever regularly ordered from. I've never stepped foot in the establishment but I feel confident that whoever manages the pizzeria is both competent in their job and probably a good person to work for. Their pan pizza tastes like the pan pizza I used to get from Pizza Hut back in the 80s. Five stars all day long and please don't change.“
“This is one of the best Subways my wife and I have been to in the area and usually get good food there, except for today (09/11/2020). We got there at about 2:30 PM and they have on there business hours they close at 6 PM (Friday). My wife wanted a veggie wrap (nope), but was told there was no wraps available. So my wife ordered a veggie footlong sub wanting CHEESE (check), LETTUCE (check), TOMATOES (nope), CUCUMBERS (nope), BLACK OLIVES (check), ONIONS (nope), GUACAMOLE (nope). When my wife asked the employee making the sub about the vegetables, or the lack there of, the employee stated "What you see is what you get...". I don't know if the employee was being smart or just didn't want to get any replacement containers of vegatables as every other Subway we have been to does that. Is there something special about this Subway that they make good sandwiches, when they have the proper ingrediants, but they don't carry enough ingrediants for the customers coming in? There were three other customers that were in line behind us and I would think they would not like having limited ingredients on their sub as well. It just didn't make sense that this location was suppose to be open for another three and a half hours and they just started with a limited amount of product for a busy location with it being on base and the amount of customers they get throughout the day. Just ridiculous.“
