Our server, Kelsey, kept our drinks filled and made sure our entrees arrived promptly. The restaurant was neat and clean, with inviting décor and a generous selection of barbecue sauces on each table—plenty to please any barbecue enthusiast. What We Ordered • Onion Rings: Served with ranch dipping sauce • One-and-a-half racks of Ribs: Served with fries and a salad • Pulled Pork sandwich: Served with barbecue baked beans and a salad Food and Overall Experience The onion rings arrived first, perfectly browned and delicious. The salads followed soon after; they were generously sized, crisp, and fresh. Our entrees came out quickly and looked every bit as good as they tasted. The ribs were cooked to perfection, with a terrific smoky flavor. The pulled pork was moist, tender, and full of flavor. The fries were spot-on, and the barbecue baked beans were another highlight. Everything was served hot and tasted excellent. Final Verdict I can’t wait to return. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular guest, they make you feel appreciated. “We had lunch at The Pub & Grill at Ave Maria and really enjoyed our visit. The pizza was absolutely delicious — we ordered the meat pizza and it was cooked perfectly with great flavor. From the moment we walked in, the service was fantastic. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
