food does not taste fresh, it's decent but definitely not fresh and hardly warm. the girl up front is very apathetic and is glued to her phone playing games and very loudly speaking on the phone while playing. not once came by to check if I needed a refill or nothing. the place itself has potential but lacks care, the place is dirty, run down, and the environment itself is bleak and depressing
The food is terrible, the service is horrible, the employee never came to the table to ask how everything is going, the ceilings are full of cobwebs, and Moo, and to make matters worse, they charged me 60 dollars for me, my husband and my son. I have never been to such an unpleasant place in my life, without a doubt I don't even recommend it, better eat at McDonald's

Most of the Food was cold, waitress ignored you, never reply to you or acknowledge you. Waitress never came back to see how you were doing. Plates piled up on our table, didn’t come back for refill or plates until almost ready to leave, only three other tables occupied so it was not busy at all. Ice cream was so old and tough couldn’t scope it out with the scooper. We patiently waited for the bill then when we ask they said pay at the front. Will not go back terrible service!
