“The food at Spiro’s Taverna is great. Service has been great usually but for some reason today seemed like the bosses were gone and the staff were just doing whatever they wanted. Right when we walked in, the floor looked like someone spilled a salad and just did the bare minimum to clean it. There were grape tomatoes in the middle of the floor with the waiter walking by multiple times. I could see if it was busy not getting a chance to fully clean it but there were only two tables with customers when we got in. The waiter was acting like he was high telling my sister in law that the Taverna Special was out for today but then recommended the mahi sandwich substituted with everything that the Taverna Special had. When the food arrived, the waiter couldn’t even remember who had a simple side salad and my sister’s food wasn’t right. When we asked for the cheese for her sandwich, we had to ask three times and the waiter just acted like he didn’t understand. After asking twice for a side of dressing, the waiter returned and spilled it on the table then walks away and started laughing with the cooks. I think next time we may get my food to go if we come back at all.“

“I went there for the first time or breakfeast last Saturday, we had a party of 3.Our hash browns were undercooked and my sourdough toast was practically not toasted.I didn't complain about the hash browns as my friend was paying but waitress brought me a new order of toast. Eggs were cooked how I asked and my friends order of sausage was good.I will give them another try for lunch sometime.Very friendly staff“

“Today we came in and the host was not the brightest! My elder mother walks with a walker and the host took her down the most narrow path and watched as she hit every chair and then didn't even orfer to help or move them. Of course this instantly upset us all. Then she left the menus on the table and walked away as my mother was still walking up the ramp! We sat down and the waiter came over, Marcus P he was absolutely amazing 👏 listened to my mother as she told him how embarrassing that was for her and how upset she was and he just listened and completely went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR OUR TABLE. Kelly's and Crickets merged into one location, bringing both menus into one bar menu. Is it bar food? Is it comfort food? I say it is comfort in a bar. The ambiance is a sports bar all the way. Sandy is the bartender/server today, and she is absolutely outstanding in her job performance. Sadly, she informed me they pool the tips, as her professionalism garnered her a 58% tip. I asked Sandy for one of their daily specials (Tuesdays is Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans), six wings and one of their Jr. Burgers (medium rare). Sandy placed the order as we continued our anfractuous conversation about everything under the sun. Go, Sports Ball Team! Before too long, our order was up and after snapping a few pictures for y'all, I got to work. Look at that scrumptious lookin' grub! Look at it! First up on my palate was the Tuesday Special. I love me a good meatloaf plate with all the fixins and this one had it in spades. The meatloaf was firm, savory and perfectly done. The gravy was obviously made in the back and not from a packet or can, as the flavoring was superb, complex and akin to the nectar of the Greek Gods. I almost asked for a bucket to go; it was so good. The green beans were great. This was perfection on a plate. Putting down my fork and turning my attention to the wings was difficult, but I was here for a job, not to relish every bite of a delectable meatloaf. I ordered the six wings with a medium spiciness and they were just that—spot on, to be exact. They were cooked correctly and seasoned with enough kick to say a hearty hello to my palate but not enough to make me break out in a sweat. Well done, Line Cook! Alas, I begrudgingly looked toward the last item for review today, the Jr. Burger. As you can clearly see in the picture, there is nothing “Junior” about this model of ground charred Bovine flesh. I was actually shocked at the size and had to do a double-take on the menu. After closer inspection, I discovered that their regular “Famous Kelly Burgers” are 8 oz hand-formed patties, and the Junior was a mere 6 oz. A word of advice, if I may be so bold. Do NOT use condiments on this burger. It is seasoned during formation and cooking and is delicious as is. The Big Boy says, “ Play some pool, shoot the breeze with Sandy and eat lots of tasty burgers, wings, and things (I wager their homemade soup and chili is to die for).”“

Took a chance and left the highway into a community, about 3 miles. We found a great Burger King and a Publix in the same plaza. Enjoyed our lunch.“

Hubba hubba, they make their own and it was deliciouso! I had the Mauna Loa without cheese and aioli. I bugged them, I'm sure, asking so many questions, is this vegan, is that vegan. “It's a family friendly place . The food is amazing and Brielle are waitress was friendly and has a great sense of humor. I had my wife looking for a pine float on the menu and she couldn't find it so I got up and got a toothpick. Then she got to enjoy her first pine float . We spoke with Mrs. Jane who works here and has been at many of the friendly's locations. She is one of the nicest lady's we spoke to all day . And one other thing this place is 1000 time's better than steak & shake . They don't have waitresses and you have to order your food from some stupid kiosk machines. So in all it's a two thumbs up for friendly's . From my Wife and I . Happy wife happy life . Anyway they have amazing deserts to.“

“I had to write this review based off of our wonderful server named Kris. She was awesome and made sure we had drinks before we left without even asking us if we wanted them. This is my first time ever having a server give you drinks before you leave and I just wanted to say how impressed I am with her consideration and thoughtfulness of doing that without us even asking. I told her I was impressed and she said if you're from the south we don't let anyone leave without a drink. Food was delicious but they put too much spinach in my omelet. Next time I'll make sure to stress not a lot of spinach.“

This isn't fast food - your food is cooked as ordered, so enjoy the time to walk over the dunes to the beach or sit at one of the picnic tables. The signs don't lie, we enjoyed both the sausage and beef steak - hot, fresh and yummy.“

“This is definitely my favorite bowling alley. Great people. Great atmosphere! The leagues are fun as a beginner bowler this is definitely a place to learn. Bowling. The staff is great. For food options I like the Caesar chicken salad and my husband loves the wings.
