“I ordered from Uber when I was looking for desserts and I will say it was the best treat I’ve had in a very long time. I ordered the watermelon Italian ice and the mint chocolate chip ice cream and they were both excellent tasting. The ice cream was smooth and not overly sweet. I would say it was just right. Also, I am lactose intolerant and need lactaids when eating ice cream. I took 2 and would normally still be in discomfort.. therefore, ice cream rarely comes into my home. This ice cream did not cause me any discomfort. I am definitely pleasantly surprised. The Italian ice had a consistency that I’ve never had before. It was flavorful and didn’t turn into a liquid immediately. I had to look the address up because I will definitely be frequenting this dessert shop now that I have found it.“

There doesn't seem to be anything special about the ice cream or extras, but the limited menu is well organized and with a good enough selection that anyone will certainly love something and most people will have some difficulty choosing. “I have been wanting to go to one of these places ever since my favorite bingsu place closed down in Tampa after Covid. It's really hard to find this type of shaved ice. The texture is just right. Soft, melts in your mouth. The flavor is subtle and not overly sweet and the toppings aren't overwhelming but compliment the shaved ice well. I got the halo-halo which is very reminiscent of the dessert and Mexican candy which was spicy, sour, and tangy. Both different flavor profiles, probably on the opposite spectrum, but both very delicious! I'm looking forward to the one opening close to Brandon in Bloomingdale really soon! I was on vacation with my friends and we stumbled across Bay 1 and it has forever changed my life. I have not had a better pulled pork sandwich, and i've searched for one that can compare, but no one can sadly. Every time I order a pulled pork sandwich, I am hoping to get that amount of delicious in my mouth as I do with Bay 1, however, I'm ultimately disappointed. My friends got some of the other sandwiches and they LOVED THEM! I stayed true to the pulled pork because I honestly don't think anything would compare but they loved their sandwich just as much. Since discovering Bay 1, for the rest of the trip, it was all we could think about. To this day I still think about it. I'm counting down the days til I can visit the area just so I can have this sandwich. We would go for days in a row and enjoy it every. single. time. I don't think the wait was too bad, but it doesn't matter cause you know you're getting the best sandwich in town. Seriously. “A quick Google search brought up this mom & pop Mexican ice cream shop. It's spacious inside. Easy to read menu with reasonable pricing. The parking is under construction and almost finished. I got the mixed fruit bowl with chamoy, watermelon, mango, cucumber and cantaloupe. Deliciously cold. Hit the spot. My other half got the strawberries and creme. No photo because he finished before I got a chance to get some photos. It had fresh plump sweet strawberries, sweet cream, topped with whipped cream.“

The Tampa Cuban was layered with fresh roast pork, ham, Genoa, Swiss and sauce, did I mention the bread??? The Fresh Roast Pork and the homemade sauce pressed to perfection! The Chicken Pesto was delicious, simple with bacon cheese and pesto!Two 6’ Cubans with 2free bags ofchips for just 20$!
