“All the ice cream is freshly made. The staff was cheerful and we talked a lot while he offered us samples and then made our treats.
The blueberry cheesecake ice cream was out of this world. I’ve always hated cheesecake ice cream but this one is amazing. The butterscotch explosion ice cream is very unique too. I’ve never had butterscotch ice cream & this one was loaded with all sorts of yummy mix-ins.
The store doesn’t have a place to sit down or dine inside though which is a shame. They offer plenty of their ice cream flavors to go by the pint and quart. They sell a few other Amish offerings too like jams & cookies.“

“We're in the US since years for vacation. This time, we are visiting Florida. When we drove by and saw the store, we had in our mind "oh....a milkshake would be perfect". We stoppen, went in and what should we say....thats really awesome. Fresh maked Milkshake in our personally flavor. The price is absolutly fair and the shake were amazing. I always would go there again. Better spent 2 Dollars more for a good tasting Shake as a cheaper one in all that Fastfood Shops around.“

“This place has the creamiest chocolate vanilla swirl (twist) soft serve I’ve ever eaten!!! I’ve been coming here on vacation since I was a teenager. My family stayed at The Sands next door for years & years. Now I’m an adult & my husband’s family has a house in a Redington Beach a few miles away & I’m still eating here! We went 4 times on our recent vacation. Problem is, I’m so spoiled from Shake Shop that when we go home to Indiana my usual soft serve spots aren’t as good. Lol. I’m craving a large twist cone right now! 😃“

“Vegetarian options: Very good selection of vegetarian options and a few vegan options too. Highly recommend for anyone who likes ice cream and is a vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: Well labelled so people know what people can and can’t eat.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and the atmosphere and the look of the shop will entertain children. I know - I am one .
Wheelchair accessibility: Quite wide doorway with small ramp to help wheelchairs get into the shop easily. Tables that people with wheelchairs can get into easily“

“Totally under rated. They serve Yoder’s ice cream which, in my opinion is the best!!
Their small scoops are big and you can choose two flavors. I had Gator Tail and Mudslide on a dipped cone.
They were friendly and accommodating. I tried multiple flavors. Highly recommend!! Price is pretty respectable, same price we pay in South Tampa for a cone.
Inside is super cute too!! Wish I had taken pics to add.“

“Fun flavored soft serve. The soft serve was mixed up with the flavor right on the spot and then placed in cones. Great flavors for both soft serve and hard ice cream. It was hot during the day when we stopped but there was a little shade under a couple of umbrella tables while we ate.“

“The ice cream is great and although the price is high they do put as much ice-cream as possible in the cups and cones. I would only caution about sitting outside at the tables surrounded by bushes as there were 5-6" rats coming out of the bushes.“

“Larry's has been our go to ice cream place over the years when we come to town. I love the coconut cake sundae It is delicious, however since the last time we were here the sizes have decreased dramatically while the prices have gone way up.“

“Visited in mid-March weekday evening and it was packed. I believe it took us over 30 minutes in line to get to the counter. Staff was friendly and probably exhausted. Ice cream was delicious. Overpriced compared to pint sizes in store and not really worth the wait. Good to visit once but I wouldn't return.“

“We were in the area for spring training baseball and came to John’s Pass on the recommendation of a local friend. We had just finished eating dinner on the dock at Caddy’s and came looking for ice cream… and this place did not disappoint! We love supporting local and independent ice cream places like this especially when the product is so good. I got a waffle cone with Captain Butterscotch and my wife got one of their chocolate ice creams - both were very good. And it’s just fun to eat ice cream on the boardwalk! Definitely recommend!“

“Best Icecream shop in the area!! The create-your-own was absolutely delicious and it was another real treat watching it be made with nitrogen pouring over the counter. Another family shared their “Dragon Breath’s” treat with us and that was so fun to eat. On top of that, the place was spotless and the staff was awesome. We’ll be back with the whole family. “I came here with my parents (that don’t speak English) and I was going back and forth translating for them until a kind employee Nicole helped out and spoke to them in Spanish so they wouldn’t have to struggle. She was such a sweet girl and a great employee. She made our ice cream quick and always kept a smile on her face. It’s refreshing to see such a young girl working hard to please customers.“
