“I've been going here since I was in highschool, always been a family favorite spot. Recently I feel like their food quality has gone down but their service level has never failed us. Amazing views from inside and outside. Sea bass, poke scallops and weirdly enough their meatloaf is always great. I would skip on the pork chop and steak skewers.“

“We always make sure to stop at Badfins Food + Brew every time we go to Clearwater. The food is very tasty and love to try many of the different local craft beer selections. “Our first night in Clearwater and we made a reservation. Our waiter, Brandon, was very professional and polite. We had the crispy calamari as an appetizer. My wife had the short rib and I had the rigatoni bolognese pasta. Both were fabulous. We decided to make a reservation the last night and were lucky to learn that Brandon was our waiter again (great job)! This time we had chilled shrimp as an appetizer, Caesar salads and the Tuscan pizza. Again, the meal was fantastic.Thank you to Brandon and the chefs for making our first and last “date” night in Clearwater memorable.“

“My wife and I came here on a very busy night. However, our host, Al, was very kind and helped us out and got us seated super quickly. The food took a minute but was well worth the wait, and there wasn’t much to complain about because the view is spectacular. Great service, great food, and a great atmosphere. “The food was delish. Only reason for 3 star on atmosphere is we ate inside because I had visitors who did not want to be out in the sun even under cover. I love the deck and sidewalk area and even bar area. We had a handicapped person with a walker, and the handicap entrance from outside was tight. People at 2 different tables by the door had to get up so my guest could get by. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. Our waiter was great. Any meal to me with their roast beef is excellent. The waffle potatoes yummy. Fish sandwich great, too. There is a much more fun atmosphere outside, too. I love the music. Wish there were times when we could add space to thar dance floor!Wheelchair accessibility: Not as easy as it should be on the inside. Tight quarters. Hopefully, enjoy the patio outside with no problems. The handicap ramp is located on the east side of the restaurant.“

“Suzi’s is Satisfying Suzi’s is a popular breakfast/lunch restaurant. The place is clean, the servers are efficient and nice and the prices are fair. We were there for breakfast and I had the scrambled eggs with French toast and link sausage. I appreciate French toast that is properly cooked and isn’t soggy in the middle and this was just right. My wife had the Spanish omelet which was large and tasty. The coffee was good and hot. Nice place and we’ll return.“

“Very pretty on the docks.Early breakfast allows watching the fishing boats load for a fun filled day. Our waitress Salt water Kathy was lots of fun and very helpful in deciding what breakfast to try. She treated us like her regulars.Thank you for taking care of us on our first visit and will ask for her on our next visits.“

“I’ve been seeing the gateway subs guys on instagram and realized the Pasadena location was on my way home yesterday. I ordered online. Their website allows you to order and customize your meal very well. It was easy to place and pay for the order online. I swung by on my way home and my order was done 10 min early. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I saw them on IG because it’s in a strip mall and I might not have noticed it otherwise. It’s just on the east side of the Corey Ave bridge so it’s very convenient for people coming or going to the beach. Oh…and the sandwiches were GREAT!“

“The food was excellent. We got the shrimp tacos and buffalo chicken appetizer. Overall cool vibes with good tunes playing in the background. We sat outside and it was a lovely afternoon lunch. We also brought our small kids so it was nice to have a shady spot in their outdoor dining area to spread out a little so us mom's could enjoy a nice lunch and a beverage while the kiddies napped. “I personally wrote mgmt about how amazing Starlite was with and for us for our wedding day just this past Saturday! Initially guided by Teresa and Leslie who were spot on organized and made life easy for us, we were then handed over to Ted for coordinating and to be our personal assistant. Ted was phenomenal!!!!! He cared about every detail along with us. Ted made sure that he was not only in the initial planning stage but lived it with us! Being there on our wedding day, Ted made sure that everything we put down on our itinery was met 100%. Starlite gets 5 stars for providing great services and a great staff. Ted gets 5 starts for getting it done, hands on and again, leading the way all the way through till the end. Stephanie, the DJ, was so awesome!! Easy to work with and so pumped the crowd up. She wanted to make the party rock, which it did! Everyone who flew in from around the country for a weekend in St. Pete for the wedding, are saying it was the best wedding they went to because it was "an experience" on a yacht, tour, great service, great staff, great experience. Our social media clips etc have 1,000s of views because of the presentation and live action onboard. I highly recommend having you event here. We will definitely plan anniversaries etc using Starlite. And Ted, is our friend now! (When I can add video clips soon, I'll update this review with video clips) 5 stars“

“Our server was warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was cozy.I got the BLT with home fries and my sister got the meat lovers omelette with home fries. The portions are large, so beware of that if you can’t eat much. The food was delicious!“

“Ate dinner here for the first time Friday night and everything we ordered was very good. HUGE portions - we got pasta dishes because we saw so many being ordered and they didn’t disappoint. Service was good despite them being busy, we even brought dessert home. We will definitely be back or try the convenient pickup window, there’s so many other things we want to try.“

“Everything was piping hot. Clean restaurant. Much better than the chain breakfast restaurants. It's why they're always so busy. It's what I would call a small restaurant in a strip mall. A whole in the wall to experience Excellent hot food. You would never know how great it is by looking inside the restaurant.“

“This place has great service and food! The eggs Benedict breakfast with the fruit bowl was so filling. After breakfast, we unexpectedly got locked out of our car. “Nice People, Good Food This is for their Daily News Cafe on Belcher. It was a busy Saturday evening and we didn’t have a reservation. The very nice staff found us a place. They took care of us promptly and efficiently in a friendly manner. We started with the Daily News Shrimp appetizer which was delicious. We moved on to the Chicken Marsala which was very good and the Grilled Branzino which was even better. It was nice to have a meal that included some vegetables. That’s hard to find these days. The servings were large enough to have some leftovers—always appreciated. I do wish their wine list was a little better and cocktails would have been nice. In any case, the nice staff make up for any shortcomings. I’ll be back and I’d like to try their other location on Ft Harrison in Clearwater.“

“Sunset, music and dinner at the beach! We brought my daughter here to enjoy a meal and sunset as she is from up north. Great place to do it. There is always music, Sand and service. Prices are reasonable for being in the height of tourism central, and service is attentive. We continually bring visitors here for the full deal!“

The portion size was average & what you’d expect. Large parking lot, so parking was not an issue. “I typically order curbside pickup after work. I've NEVER had a bad meal from the Palm Harbor location....not one!. The food is always hot, fresh, and perfect. “Blind Shark was the closest bar to our Airbnb and did not disappoint. Coming from Wisconsin, we don't have local watering holes you can smoke inside, so that was a huge plus to us! Drink selection was perfect for our simple tastes, and the locals/bartenders were great. Food was amazing also!Their karaoke night, I made sure to sign up. In the process, I made a friend (who is a local) and got her to sing with me for her first time in years! My fiance and I became friends with her and her husband, spending time with them outside of the bar during our stay.The hospitality is bar-none (no pun intended) and I'd be ecstatic to go back in the future. Very comfy space.“

“Typical place for American breakfast. We were there a little before rush hour and were greeted by a grumpy waitress, military style - yess mam, yess sir. Empathy was missing... the nice service people came later at rush hour. But otherwise good food and an immense selection. It's also cool that cash payments are discounted.“

(The outside corners of the location are open with seating at the windows, facing inside.) We started with $2 off margaritas and delicious corn dip. For dinner, we had veggie nachos and chicken tacos ($4 off for taco Tuesday). We also purchased shirts. Our server/bartender was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The decor included Kansas City Chiefs items; the owner is from Wichita, KS. So it was fun to see something from our area of the U.S.Vegetarian options: A few tasty items were vegetarian, so that sufficed.“

“Pretty Good We went here for Sunday breakfast. The place has pretty typical diner atmosphere. Our server was delightful. The bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was a little higher-priced than other places. We dropped the cheese and had sliced tomatoes for a side which was a $1 upcharge (not noted on the menu). The tomatoes were white and bland. We also had the ham steak & eggs. The ham was very good—better than most other diners. As is often the case, the accompanying toast was practically dripping with butter and left fingers very greasy. I’m officially giving up on grits at mid-Pinellas breakfast places. The grits here were the texture of cream of wheat and devoid of flavor. Roo Roo’s is fine. If I return, it would be for the ham and the friendly server.“
