Tuyo y Mio THAI is a great food truck serving tasty Thai food. The food is delicious, fresh, and the portions are plentiful. The owner and chef are kind and helpful, and the staff is nice and flexible with the dishes. The chef even asks for preferences before the order to make it to your taste, and the food is cooked right in front of you. There are a lot of other options and the truck caters to spicy and non-spicy preferences, with lots of vegetarian options. Meals mentioned include spring rolls, pot stickers, chicken pad Thai, Pad See Ew, pork simple fried rice, Thai red curry, Stir Fry basil chicken, drunken noodles, fried rice, mango curry, stir fry, chicken Penang, and cuban fried rice. The serving sizes of the fried rice were very large. It is located on the premises of Fisher resort with convenient picnic tables, tables in the shade, and near the water. The ambiance was beautiful. It is a must have Thai food on the way to Key West.
