Charleys Cheesesteaks offers a mix of experiences for its customers. Some reviews highlight excellent food, with one visitor rating it a perfect 10 out of 10 and praising the quick service and cleanliness during a return visit. Others note that the quality can be inconsistent, varying from five stars to two, depending on the day and staff. While fries receive positive remarks, the boneless chicken is criticized for its quality. The cheesecake is described as good but with a slightly fake taste. Friendly and welcoming staff are frequently mentioned, though there are reports of issues like a broken ice machine and locked bathrooms. Overall, the restaurant has its ups and downs but maintains loyal customers who appreciate its flavors and fast service.
