Imma kids love the mint and chocolate chip ice cream. Everything is always fresh and that's a big plus for me!!“
“The only reason I rated 5 stars is because of the service Kianna gave me! I had come in for a milkshake after having dental work and was surprised to find they didn't have chocolate ice cream or bananas or hot fudge or peanut butter or anything! The young lady was very nice and was able to make a great shake without many ingredients! Thank you to her for being so gracious! I am very grateful! 1 star to Baskin Robbins and 5 star to Kianna!“
“I absolutely have to give a HUGE shout out to a woman named Chantelle working at the Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins on Cassatt.My son and I went to get ice cream after the park and when we got there, his favorite flavor was empty. That threw him for a complete loop. He absolutely could not figure out what he wanted instead and was seriously starting to get stressed out. He was just about ready to settle for just plain old vanilla when this woman stopped and asked him if he would like to try every single flavor that they have until he found one that he wanted. Didn’t take long lol. He got a milkshake and she put so much whip cream on top and M&Ms. She was so beyond accommodating and an absolute angel. That small little gesture made a huge difference to my son and to me. If you get a chance, go by there and let her know that she’s doing an excellent job.“
“The perfect day for a nice cold treat. This Baskin-Robins store shares space with a Dunkin Donut store. There were only two employees working that I could see. They were slammed. There was a long line of cars at the drive thru. We decided to parked and go inside. I decided to get a small Cappuccino Blast and hubby got two scoops in a cup. The first two flavors I chose for my Blast they were out of. I ended up getting Jamoca Almond with a squirt of caramel. It was so sweet and refreshing. A tasty treat for a hot and humid afternoon. Hubby got a scoop of Snickers and a scoop of Cherry ice cream. It took a while to get served but under the circumstances it was understandable.“
