Unfortunately one of my two pizzas was not made the way I ordered and payed for it to be made. I wonder if they are reading the online order in black and white as they make the pizza or is it like a game of telephone. Unfortunate but I guess that's what I get for eating outside of my regular due to fight night. I also had to throw my order in the oven a little longer for more of a personal taste.
I normally order through the app, and have never had any problem until today. The pizza I ordered was messed up, so I called the store twice, and they never responded. Then I went there and spoke to David, who remade the pizza, and gave me a free order of cinnamon knots.
Should have a place to keep pizza warm instead of just sitting on a shelf waiting to be picked up.
