Firehouse Subs Oldfield Crossing offers a mixed experience. The food, including the club and Cajun chicken sandwiches, is tasty, and the new fries are crunchy and delicious. However, some customers feel that the portion sizes may not match the price, with some stating the sandwich was small for the cost. The staff has received mixed reviews; while some customers found them very nice, others mentioned a lack of a friendly attitude. Despite this, many first-time visitors describe their experience as awesome, with plans to return more frequently. One customer, visiting from out of town, appreciated the kindness of an employee who apologized for the wait and gave them a free brownie, making their day. Additionally, there were positive comments about the food being delicious, with a reminder to request Capt Sorensen's sauce when ordering through delivery services like DoorDash.
