Went in for a meatball sub and asked the lady how old the meat balls were? I asked because I went in a few days ago and got one with meatballs that were old with a weird texture. She told immediately offered a replacement sub and I accepted. Thank you so much for your hospitality. The his is why I love Firehouse Subs.
The place is nice. The staff were very pleasant. There was an older Veteran in front of me. We were the only customers. It was about 445 on a Monday. It took the cashier a very long time to take the vet's order. He was old and had a bit of difficulty with his coupons but the cashier who was trying to be extra nice kept stoking him and keeping him there unnecessarily long. First visit to this location. Pleasantly surprised how well organized they are. Great customer service, clean interior. I ordered to go but I would definitely eat inside.The subs were excellent. I would definitely return and recommend.
