I highly recommend the Curry Chicken. Generous portions and the Chicken was fall off the bone tender.

Food truck goat curry is the GOAT, lmao. Soft and meaty and with just a bit of heat. The rice is also a hearty portion, soft and supportive. The plantain is subtly sweet and provides a nice contrast.
