Ho Ho's Restaurant has the best Chinese food in Jacksonville, FL. The food is GREAT and the staff are very courteous and helpful. Customers are always greeted with a friendly smile. They really do have their customer's backs. In DUVAL, when you want Chinese food it's got to be Ho Ho's Chinese Restaurant ALL THE WAY!!!
