Jimmy John's in Jacksonville

“2/12/2024 ≈6:30p.m. I know it doesn't look the prettiest after I dissected it, but I wanted to show the effort that was made to make every bite of this sandwich have a meatball in it. We ordered delivery, and I wish I could find out whoever made this sandwich and give them a tip because they put so much care into making it.I believe hot sandwiches are new items for Jimmy John's (I might be wrong so don't quote me on that), but I would say the only thing I would change about the meatball sub is to make it less dry somehow (I'll try it with mayo or ask for a scoop of the sauce that it marinates it next time idk), they should really have a whole scoop of sauce on top of the Meatballs instead of letting the bread soak up what little sauce is on them. Other than that it's an amazing sandwich, just too dry for my taste. There was a restaurant called Buca Di beppo here in jacksonville that has since closed down, but the taste of the meatball tastes very similar, so if you were ever a fan of their meatballs you might like this sandwich. “Came here today just to grab something quick to eat. Jimmy johns subs are always pretty good for the price! This location was nice and has a drive through which is very convenient. The man at the window was very kind to me and was happy to hear him say I had some rewards to redeem (most times the cashier wont mention there is something to redeem). I got the number 12 and was satisfied and felt like it was fresh but was disappointed when I saw no avocado on it. Besides that, I say if you're looking for something quick & easy this is the place to go!“

“Jimmy John's is a great option for sandwiches but the best part of eating at this location was that the personnel working had fun while working. They sang with the music that was playing and made an overall fun experience while enjoying lunch.“

“The waiter and the cook were both very nice and accommodating to my allergies to dairy, the chicken bacon sandwich I got tasted exceptional, am usually a light eater, especially toward tomatoes or chicken because the taste being too strong would kill my appetite, but the sandwich tasted light.“

“The new BBQ ranch chicken sub was pretty good. The new premium side potato salad was a proportioned, prepackaged item. It seemed really, really sweet... Like sugary sweet I didn't finish it, it just kept building.... If you have the app and are a rewards member, they are previewing the dill pickle flavored chips, which were fantastic... As long as you like pickle flavored stuff... :-)“

The next day, before I could even remember to call and have the charge cancelled, they had already made and delivered my order to my front door. Absolutely amazing customer service from them despite the fault being on my end.“

My meals have been delicious as well. Love the chocolate chip cookie! ?I have downloaded the app because I believe I will be stopping by often when I am craving a sandwich.“
