The food had good flavor and the speed of service was reasonable. I ordered the tempura shrimp and smoked eel just the way it comes. I got 3 shrimp and 3 undercooked pieces of eel. I realize it is smoke so it has a different texture so be prepared. The proteins were cold which was also strange.
