“Went here for the first time today. ate the chocolate baklava, chicken kebab, tabouli and pasta salad w/lemonade. The atmosphere is casual and laid back. Outdoor and indoor tables and booths. Food is wonderful and the variety of options great.“

“My fiancé chose this place for a random date and I was really glad he did. From the photos from others on Yelp it looked like a place to unwind and relax so I couldn't wait.

The photos didn't lie. This place is nicely tucked away from the Atlantic and San Pablo craziness. Walking in I felt transported to another country. As cliche as that sounds I don't have any other way to describe it. I love the items imported straight from Turkey for sale (the staff are true salespeople as they really wanted me to purchase something. They were beautiful but I didn't see anything that I HAD to have). In the back. the wisteria hanging from the ceiling and the middle eastern sofa for lounging and maybe for some snacks and hookah made it seem so cozy. I loved all the decor.

The first thing we got was the Turkish Coffee that was heated in hot sand. The guy serving us, I wasn't sure if he was the owner or not was really great. He warned us not to ingest the coffee grind/powder/sludge on the bottom but that we'd really enjoy the taste. That was perhaps the best tasting coffee I've ever had not to mention it was nuclear hot.

We got the Charcuterie for 2 which had lebna or lebneh, cheddar, gyro meat which I thought was shawarma but it wasn't, grape leaves, hummus, fruits and crackers with a side of honey and pita bread slices. I don't remember having lebna before but I loved it. There were some extras we got like the mozzarella balls, the ful medames, olives, and I believe some kind of date cakes. Trust me. We were good after eating all of this. My fiance also had Lentil soup which he said was nice and simple.

“YES, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BODRUM MEDITERRANEAN KITCHEN!!! 😁 Our team was TDY at JAX and decided to go for some Mediterranean food. This place is a hidden gem it seems as only a few people were eating in but we did notice a lot of to-go orders... We were seated in a cozy area of the restaurant by a window. Our dinner experience was like having a family meal where the meal was sooo good everyone stopped talking because all of us were too busy enjoying our food. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. This is by far the best Mediterranean restaurant I have dined at. Will definitely come back when we are back in the area again.“

There's one thing I can say about this place, it's good, consistent and always on point.
Uncle Khalid is a good person and he always remembers me plus everyone that worked for me, but the food tho......
I stop here multiple times a week not because of the convenience, his oil is always clean on his frier, the meat is fresh, THE VEGGIES ARE ALWAYS SUPER FRESH TOO.
All his dressings (okay maybe most of them) he makes in house and are to die for.

Hands down will continue to give my hard earned money for good food at reasonable prices.“

“Chef Mike took the time out of his busy schedule to accommodate a business birthday lunch. He gave us his personal cell phone number for the group to submit their individual orders. After sending the message with over 18 orders, 15 of them being dine-ins, he called back to go over each order individually. He made sure all of the order were right and with all of the specifics. I've never experienced this in the 20+ years of dining out. The food was beautifully presented and ready almost as soon as we arrived. We will definitely use this amazing restaurant and cafe the next time we do a business event. Thank you Mike and your staff for the above and beyond experience!“

“This is my first time visiting cava! My friend go there all the time and invited me to lunch. We go in , it was very clean and busy! The lady on the first station was kind of rude and wasn’t really helping out with my questions . I didn’t let it bother me. I continued to order and we got our drinks . In the middle of getting our drinks the manager JAMAR walk to us and ask was everything ok. We proceeded to tell him our problem , and he resolved it immediately! We always get the chicken bowls with super greens and they have really great toppings….some of our favorites are the cucumbers and tomatoes, fiery broccoli, roasted corn and red pepper hummus. We have to give a big praise to Haily Dove who was so friendly and sweet and even uploaded my receipt to their app for rewards after I forgot to do so and had already been seated. She was great!“

“This was a hidden gem and a great find. Since all of the affordable river view eateries have been bulldozed, I was looking for a new place to eat near downtown. It's not downtown enough, but worth the drive. It's inside a nondescript office building, but there's free parking and public access to it and the bathrooms. It looks like boats may even be able to dock down the hill,as there are stairs accessing it from the riverfront. It's counter order style, simple lunch foods, and they close by 3 pm. I had an Italian panini and my friends enjoyed the turkey sandwich.“

“I stopped by Dua on a Monday night when it was pretty slow, but my server Soto made the whole experience feel special. He was friendly, attentive, and created such a nice atmosphere even with the quiet crowd. He also made me the best espresso martini I’ve ever had — perfectly balanced and so smooth. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. I really appreciated the great service and vibe he brought to the night. “We ate here for a late dinner. We ate a gyro and shrimp fettuccine alfredo. I prefer to over season and add more salt when I prepare my food at home. Still, the food here is really good not over seasoned or salty was delicious after I added some table salt. Not bad at all... clean and relaxing atmosphere and great customer service. At the end the girl behind the counter asked me how was it and I really appreciated how attentive she was. I will visit again I will try and kabobs next time.“

“For starters Gillis has exceptional service and all employees go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful dine in experience. The food is out of this world and some of the best i’ve had outside of NY. I have a few favorites here - The crispy chicken pita, the shawarmas- but last night I tried the NY style pastrami and it was OUTSTANDING! The best i’ve ever had.
