Pizza is always good. The delivery drivers are always nice. The staff have been helpful when I've gone to pick up pizza also carrying to my vehicle while I walked with my kids.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. We were regular customers for 3+ years, sometimes ordering 2 and 3 times a week and always tipped very well. Last week the grandkids wanted pizza, but I wanted pasta so we ordered from a competitor. Well after waiting over two hours for our food I told my son just order from Papa Johns. While placing our order by phone the other pizza place finally showed up. The food was cold and my son said we do not want it....read full review
