We encountered Planta Pura at Atlantic Beach Farmer’s Market today. I ordered an apple empanada & my wife ordered a black bean empanada. Both were fantastic, but I think the black bean empanada is going to be a new staple for me when we visit the market.Neither of us are vegan or even vegetarian. In fact we got some of the coconut chickpea curry to-go to put my grilled chicken on it this evening (Which was also delicious by itself and with my chicken).
