“So I made a trip to Arkansas and there seems to be a sonic on every corner up there. I never cared much about sonic food but on the way home I had to stop and get something to eat as I was starving. So you guessed it. Sonic on the corner. I ordered the double bacon cheese burger combo. I got down the road and thought dang was I really that hungry? or was that burger really that good?
Anyway I'm back home and thought I would test the theory whether I was hungry or the sonic burger was really that good. I ordered the same double bacon cheese burger combo and also ordered it for my wife also. I'll have to say the burger was really that good. Wife also agrees and that is saying something. They did mess up on 1 order but a sonic staff ( Joshua) was on top off it and got it fixed. Had a good experience and great food at this 103rd st sonic.

“Except for high winds and rain, occasionally, this is a fun stop for everyone! Those Banana, Peanut Butter, Chocolate milkshakes are my favorite! The burgers are fine, the corn dogs are sweet, the lemonade (slushie or not) are crisp and refreshing! Crinkle fries AND onion rings are a great, hot mix! Make sure you get all the utensils, napkins, and condiments Before your server dodges back in that door! They can keep the cherries and mints for the teenagers that fill the patio up in the afternoon.
Kid-friendliness: It's fast food and they have toys!
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is dangerously in a space between the edge of the porch and some bushes. But, there's another one near drive-thru and the bathrooms.“
“I had a wonderful experience being served by Reagan on 12/6/2024. She was truly amazing! Very helpful, patient, caring and hospitable.
I had not been to Sonic in a while, so I requested her help. No matter how many questions I asked her, she remained sweet & caring. I kept apologizing for all of my questions as well as having to ask for additional things.
Reagan assured me that it was her pleasure to help me. She suggested menu items, based on food items in which I expressed interest in. . I trusted Reagan and ordered her recommendations, which all turned out to be DELICIOUS! Reagan is definitely a great example of what employees should model themselves after.

“Kiana saved the day! Order was messed up and I’m not one to drive back but the wife wanted her chili cheese tots. Anyone who ever has to do this knows you are usually met with a million questions. She was so nice and brought the food out to me. Give her a raise she deserves it. Absolutely refreshing to meet a manager that cares!“
“Today, I went to the drive-thru, and they might have been understaffed inside; I'm not certain. There was a vehicle in front of me, and while I was waiting, the man (Devon) who was taking orders came outside to take my order and those of the customers behind me, so we wouldn’t have to wait. He didn’t need to do that; he could have remained inside and made us wait, but he opted not to. His work ethic was commendable. Such commitment is uncommon in the fast food industry nowadays. Usually, they just hold your food at the window when you arrive, and you’re fortunate to even get a napkin. It was refreshing to witness such outstanding service. Devon deserves a raise and should train all fast food staff to follow his example. You could truly see his enthusiasm, and he clearly cared about his job and approached it seriously. I don’t typically write reviews, but this man deserves recognition and appreciation. Thank you, Devon!
