If your store is under construction and closed for services, you should turn your mobile orders off. For one, I ordered here thinking it was the DT store across the way, so that’s my bad. And unfortunately for me when I went there initially and realized, they wouldn’t even help me. Got my hot drink after 11 minutes and my croissants after 30 minutes from the time I paid. They were pretty busy but the employees were spending more time chatting about non-work related than focusing on hustling. Surely it doesn't take that long to heat up a croissant. Corporate needs to zoom in and educate their employees to put themselves in their customer's shoes waiting. Fairly disappointed. The Starbucks by my house isn't this bad. They pay attention to waiting customers.
