Despite a mandatory mask order in Jacksonville, at least 10-15% of the customers I saw Wednesday and Thursday at Arlington River and Cobblestone Crossing Publix grocery stores were unmasked.
Even under a lawful directive, Publix either defies or fails to enforce common sense life saving measures. Why?
