“Service was great, the person who took our order was named syd and she was lovely, very friendly and gave great costume service was happy to help us the second we came in, I come to this Waffle House often and the service is always exceptional“

“Great experience at Waffle House. We casually mentioned at our table that lemons for our drinks would be nice, and our waitress overheard us and brought them over right away without us even asking. Such a small gesture but it showed how attentive and thoughtful the service was. Food came out hot and everything was great. Will definitely come back!“

“I visit this location often. After a long day of grocery shopping, I walked in to grab some lunch. Chance & Kat did advise me once I walked in it would be a wait, they also provided the time the next person was supposed to arrive. Due to unexpected short staff, still after the time frame given. I waited , while they cooked a crew of workers food. These two were awesome because this is allllll I wanted to eat today. Hard work and team work. 5 stars for today.“

“Stopped by this Waffle House heading to a cruise and was immediately greeted by an amazing server named Kat/Cat. She was pleasant, friendly and extremely inviting. Her personality was everything. She constantly checked on us and was so charismatic. The food was actually perfect. Everything was right on time and this experience made our day. Perfect way to start a vacation. I frequent Waffle House in Dallas and this visit to #71 in Jacksonville Fl near the airport was by far the best, thanks to Kat/Cat! If you are ever in Jacksonville Fl be sure to stop by and ask for Kat/Cat, it will be worth it. Thanks Kat/Cat!!“

“Ranisha was amazing she was working a double I believe that day and the other coworkers were coming in to change shift and unfortunately one of them were very rude to the girl when she was doing her job very well. She was super nice and made sure she went the extra mile with us . Even when the girl was rude to her she took it like a champ! Will definitely come back to see her,“

The waitresses usually talk to each other and the customers way louder than the customers here
So when it is quiet and you and your family finally get to go and eat together for a year now here you can not hear your families speak to you at your table
The employees talk over yall
Last time we were here we did not have the greatest waitress either
Took a long time to get our coffees then took 10 mins just to get our creamer
Yall should hire me at this point I will do a better job honestly at this point heck lol 😆“

“Been coming to this waffle house for about 3 years, the staff has been the same for all these years. Nicest people, great service, they really got a great crew. Its always clean, they treat you like family in there. Every single one of the employees is awesome in this waffle house. “Not friendly, we paid for our drinks told them keep food , grill was dirty , our omlets did not look same they look like they was starving , hardly nothing inside wen u pay u want an expect it, waitress was not friendly like they use 2 be sad, we told them keep the food.“

“The food is good. The service was incredible. I have an autistic grandson who was hungry and starting to act out. The cook ask me what he wanted and I said just white bread please. And she got it for him. Crises averted. She understood the assignment.“

“My daughter and I stopped by and upon entering the establishment everyone greeted us. This alone puts me in a mood to spend money or let's me know if I need to turnaround. I ordered, my meal was prepared and I wasn't disappointed. Everything was prepared correctly and definitely hot/fresh. Whenever near this location, I will visit.“

“The staff here were amazing, especially the manager Don. Kind, genuine and very quick service. Mom and I had a fun time with the All Star Special. Only $13.50! Cleaned my plate.

I substituted grits for smothered hash browns and the bacon for chicken sausage. Eggs over easy to get all necessary nutrients 😉 Oh… and ofc OJ (orange juice) 🍊“
