“Just ordered the Cheesesteak and Eggs Breakfest with the upgrade of Delmonico steak, and a full glass of milk. Was very delicious.. I actually was able to eat both plates. Was incredibly good and I'm walking out of here with an overfull belly. Amanda was my waitress and the cook was Ash. My 2nd time here. I would recommend.“
“I visit this location often. After a long day of grocery shopping, I walked in to grab some lunch. Chance & Kat did advise me once I walked in it would be a wait, they also provided the time the next person was supposed to arrive. Due to unexpected short staff, still after the time frame given. I waited , while they cooked a crew of workers food. These two were awesome because this is allllll I wanted to eat today. Hard work and team work. 5 stars for today.“
“Stopped by this Waffle House heading to a cruise and was immediately greeted by an amazing server named Kat/Cat. She was pleasant, friendly and extremely inviting. Her personality was everything. She constantly checked on us and was so charismatic. The food was actually perfect. Everything was right on time and this experience made our day. Perfect way to start a vacation. I frequent Waffle House in Dallas and this visit to #71 in Jacksonville Fl near the airport was by far the best, thanks to Kat/Cat! If you are ever in Jacksonville Fl be sure to stop by and ask for Kat/Cat, it will be worth it. Thanks Kat/Cat!!“
“Ranisha was amazing she was working a double I believe that day and the other coworkers were coming in to change shift and unfortunately one of them were very rude to the girl when she was doing her job very well. She was super nice and made sure she went the extra mile with us . Even when the girl was rude to her she took it like a champ! Will definitely come back to see her,“
“The team at this Waffle House is just awesome. They’re friendly, welcoming and take great care of you. It’s just fun to eat at the counter and watch all the activity. It’s loud but energetic. I always leave smiling. Try the fiesta omelette and the raisin toast with apple butter. My favorites. Thanks all!“
“This was one of the most pleasant experiences at Waffle House. I’m glad we stopped by this location when passing through town. The atmosphere was very fun, laughing going on all around between the staff and customers. Our waitress, Vion, was so nice. I’d come back to this location if I’m passing through town again.“
“I love Waffle House they're consistent with everything that they fix. My only issue is they never butter the whole slice of bread when it's hot they'll put a dab in the center of the toast and not spread it. That's not even a thing for most, just my preference...lol the server was happy, sanitary and prompt. I always get the same thing, cheese and egg plate with raisin toast and hash browns scattered covered and smothered“

“It's Waffle House. You been to one, you been to nearly all of them. The only thing that's seems to change is, occasionally but rarely still: the waitresses struggling to keep up with the crowd that seems to always pour in for their turn to devours for eggs and hashbrows! BET!“

My mother wasn't happy with the clumpy grits, but it was a busy weekend morning. I have little complaints!
Waffle House employees do their very best, and this location was no different! The music was my taste anyway! However, we did have children with us... Which can be a bit much with too much stimuly around them.“

“I haven't been to the Waffle house in over 15 years. Im from Texas and we have lots of them. This was the cleanest and most customer friendly, Waffle Hoise I have ever been to. The food was prepared fresh, doing exactly as I ordered. Peanut butter and Pecan Waffle was fluffy and delicious. My over medium eggs were cooked perfectly. The ham was juicy and the toast and hash browns were crispy and very tasty. My big back alter ego showed up and I devoured it. Well done Night Shift the drunks you have to serve will never appreciate the level of service and quality food you folks are serving but, I wanted to go on record saying it was a 10 out of 10.
Honerable mention goes you to Ms.Victoria and Ms. Shy. Keep doing what you are doing. You ladies made a long day of travel end on a good note with the excellent service and the amazing food.“
