They’ve gotten my order wrong 2 times in a row now. The first time they did fix the issue, but I had to go out of my way to make it right. First time they forgot to put the correct amount of corn that I ordered. This time they forgot to season it completely. I tried calling this time to in hopes for this issue to be resolved but I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes with no answer, so I decided to leave this review instead. The restaurant is clean, and the staff prioritizes cleanliness, washing hands frequently. The hot wings are a highlight, expertly prepared by the staff, making Wingstop a standout location. The front counter guy was super nice, and the food is good. The new management is the reason for great customer service, offering respect and hot and fresh food. CHANICE and KAIRA provided phenomenal service, being professional, friendly, and kind.
