“*** Second visit this week *** Again another wait for drinks and seeing the waiter. Waiter refused to get me a conch chowder before the entree and refused to split my wife’s dinner into two plates one for her and my child. 45 minutes got my first drink. Food came out after 1 and a half hours after arriving. Its sad because the food is great but the service is lacking.*** First visit ***Slight delay of about 10-15 minutes to see the waiter. We got in without a reservation without a wait. Waiter was nice and attentive. I had the Angel hair with meat sauce which had great portions and flavor.”

“I've been living in the United States for over three decades, and the food is truly authentic with a rich flavor. If you want to try something original and authentic, this is the place. The prices are reasonable, and the food, though a bit spicy, should be enjoyable for those who like a bit of heat.”

“Great view. Food was pretty good. Expensive but not out of line with keys waterfront. $2.15 wings...Parking: Parked in the lot connected at a closed club. May have been a problem if the other place was open.”

“This place was so great! We were visiting from Houston, TX and at Sombrero Beach for the day. Looked up “best ice cream in Marathon” and this place did not disappoint! Seriously some of the best ice cream we’ve ever had. The Key Lime Pie ice cream was phenomenal. We will definitely be back!”

“We had chicken burritos which had cilantro, guacamole, onions, pinto beans, and sauce they were delicious! Also, the asada and chicken tacos with cilantro and sauteed onions are so good! The churros were amazing! Highly recommend this place, great atmosphere and food! We will go back when in the area again! “First-timers grabbed a NY cheese and NY-style buffalo chicken pizza tonight. So good. Quality ingredients and presentation. The place was jamming. The wait was a bit longer than quoted, but definitely worth it. Really wanted some garlic knots, but they were sold out. The guy running the show kept his cool and gave good direction to the rest of the crew. Love how they show you each pizza, so you can make sure your order is correct and looks good before leaving the shop. We’ll definitely be back soon. Happy to have finally found good pizza here. Highly recommend!”

“DELICIOUS! FRESH! The OTH sauce for dipping the yellowtail fingers amazing. Their homemade potato chip crumbs in the breading made the yellowtail fingers extra crispy...yum! I'll be back soon for the wonderful breakfast sandwiches! Thanks for the wonderful lunch!”

“You are sitting at a dock, while you eat. Getting plenty of fresh air. It's peaceful. The food is pretty good. With lots to look at on the walls. The Grouper Reuben was different and good.”

“Very nice boutique shop with everything from dresses to glassware, from luxury brands. Felt like a breath of fresh air compared to the other cheap knick knack shops. We stopped in to break up our drive and grabbed a bite to eat. I got the pasta salad which had fresh veggies (broccolini and bell peppers). We also ventured into the resort bar with a beautiful white beach.”

“Such a nice find on the way to the beach! They have also a great kids menu, our 3 year old loved the Mac and cheese and the veggie side. Definitely recommend it, service was also quite quick, in March we spent about 1/2 h here. It's nice also that you get to eat on the ocean!”

“This is a food truck nestled down off of 61st street (southside). BBQ wings had a tasty sauce and the side quacamole ($1) was fresh and homemade. It complemented my steak taco deliciously. There is a seating area along with a bar but bartender wasn't too swift with service. Would recommend for food and atmosphere alone.”

“We had the kitchen prepare our days catch of yellowtail snapper which was fantastic!! The lightly garlic lemon butter sauce, grilled and blackened made a 5 star dinner for us. We fell into dinner here after hearing we had to wait 1-2 hours at other larger places in marathon! Personalized atmosphere and super waitstaff. Go here! You won’t be disappointed. Coconut shrimp appetizer was phenomenal! Plump fresh shrimp, nicely breaded.”

“Ate at Castaways last night with friends. The food was amazing - fresh fish, great preparation, good choices and creative options. Prices were good for the quality of food and service. “First I wanna start off by mentioning how great the food & drinks were absolutely amazing! After we left the island I realized I left my sunglasses on the dinner table I got as a gift for Christmas I live in Ohio and had already made it back up north by the time I realized I left them there. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager Morgan she wrote my information down and the general manager Amber shipped my sunglasses to me very quickly. “Okay ppl… this is the best food and drinks we had in 5 days in Maratthon Key. The mahi salad was perfection. The onion rings sublime. The shrimp po boy was excellent… the shrimp were steamed just right; the slaw cold and tangy; the bread soft and buttery. The pomelita margarita was the best margarita I’ve had in years. Full stop. Add to that the view of the boats and the cool, vibey bar, and this is your first stop in Marathon Key.”

“This place was phenomenal if I could give it a 20/10 I would. My bartender Sabby was exceptional and she’s so pretty and charming my Husband and I couldn’t stop laughing! Her hospitality is amazing. Everyone at the bar was treated so nice and kindly by her. I wanted something sweet so She recommended chocolate espresso martini , and it was mouth watering with a hint of orange. Ugh! Yummy! It’s my new favorite drink. My husband had the old cuban and it was absolutely tasty. We had the guava pineapple burnt ends and two coffee rub New York strips with goat cheese mashed potato’s ! I love their approach to AG and sourcing and seeking everything locally it genuinely makes my heart so happy for all small business and local farmers.”
