We went to Key Colony Inn last night for dinner. We were promptly seated. Our waitress came to take a drink order. She seemed to be confused and acted like she was high on something. As we asked questions about menu items, it was clear she was in an altered state of mind. *** Second visit this week *** Again another wait for drinks and seeing the waiter. Waiter refused to get me a conch chowder before the entree and refused to split my wife’s dinner into two plates one for her and my child. 45 minutes got my first drink.
