“We had a party of 7 last Saturday afternoon. The lobby was open. All 7 orders were perfect. The tables were clean as was the restroom. We enjoyed our meal and left. We didn't realize until yesterday that my wife left her purse there. We drove over and the lobby was closed so we went thru the drive through. The young lady at the window was cheerful and greeted me with a smile even though I didn't place an order. I asked her if they found a purse yesterday. She asked the color and if there was an ID in the purse. I gave her the information and she returns with the purse! I was amazed it was still there. All of her cash and credit cards were still there. I thanked the young lady and gave her a tip to show our appreciation. Not only was the food good and the staff helpful and cheerful, they are also honest. Well done! My family lives on Key Largo and will definitely make Arby's part of our fast food rotation. Thank you Arby's!“

“Look, I am not someone who reviews restaurant chains, especially a place like McDonald's. Out of all the fast food places in the world, McDonald's is the LAST place I go to. I only go when it's the only place for miles.... and that brings us here to McDonald's in Key Largo.

After a long day of flights and drives and hotels, we were making the final three hour drive from Miami to Marathon FL. I was starving (we were up at 430am, it was now 1pm and i hadn't eaten a thing) and there wasn't much to see as we were driving through the keys. I told my sister that the next place I saw I needed to stop to eat. As we rounded the corner we saw the golden arches. I swung into the drive thru and ordered a bacon double quarter pounder meal (waaay too much food for me but that's how hungry I was).

I don't know what this Key Largo McDonald's was doing differently than everywhere else, but it was the best McDonald's meal I had ever had. Fresh hot fries! Delicious burger! Excellent dr pepper! My sister agreed that the food was better than all the places in New England.

We liked it so much we stopped on our way back to Miami and it was just as good. If you're in the area, stop here for a quick lunch!“

“We stopped by on our route to Keywest to pick up couple of subs. We were helped by 'Rich' and he was very pleasant and made my sandwich very nicely. Facility was clean and best part is that they have veggie patty which is not available on a lot of subway.“

“A few weeks ago I stopped by while traveling through, and I just have to say the service was amazing! The young woman at the drive-through, Blu, was so kind and patient even though I was in a rush. She greeted me with a smile and really made the experience feel welcoming. You don’t always get that level of friendliness at fast food places, so it definitely stood out. My order was perfect too — shout-out to whoever made my dipped cone! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.“
