The ice cream was lovely as was the staff, but unfortunately we were let down by the self order machines, we ordered off of these and then when it came to actually getting the ice-cream nothing was available and we had to choose completely different ice-cream choices... The options for what is and isn't available should be updated on the machine to avoid this in the future!
Came at 930 for a smoothie was told they close in 10 mins so they count make a smoothie because thy didn’t want to wash their machines. Store is open until 10PMz Never had a problem getting a smoothie at 930 PM before. Service is getting bad
The curly hair girl with red hair , the Latin one . She is such a nice girl when she took my order inside the store , and made my coffee the absolute best.
