Went at 9:30pm on a Friday night, line went fast, food was hot, and Jon was awesome! Somebody give this man a raise! He’s hard carrying that location to victory!

The staff is friendly, prompt, and efficient, with some team members demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. One staff member has received special praise for her outstanding service, showing dedication and care for customers. However, there have been some issues with order accuracy, particularly with items like the Hershey Pie, which has been missed multiple times. The food is real good, but they almost always forget an item. One worker has a really bad attitude with a weird ponytail, and he angrily shoved a bag of nuggets into a customer's hand. The food is always cold and tastes like it's been sitting for days. The service is ok, but they don't smile much and don't seem to want to be there.
