I hate not giving a great review but the truth has to be told. The food is great, the service not so much. I don’t know if it’s understaffing or not organized. I would think you know your peak times and would get properly staffed. I would think you would keep your condiments out so people don’t have to interrupt employees asking for things. I got an oatmeal without a spoon, a coffee without the sugar I asked for etc. I have been to other Mesons and it’s been a better experience....

Sunday @ 1030am, the shop was crazy busy. Carlos the assistant manager was hustling with his crew. Even though orders were coming out slow, the dinning room continued to fill and the customers were rude, the staff maintained smiles and great attitudes. I waited over a 1/2 hour for a couple of sandwiches and 2 coffees, but it was worth the wait. Kudos to the staff!

Tried the Pavochón sandwich and I asked to have it pressed and toasted. It was really good, as well as the Sorullo bites although on the sweet side, they were hot and delicious. Of course I had to get a café con leche which didn't disappointed. Now I know where to stop for a good sandwich with coffee. Thank you @BoricuaFoodiePR. Great customer service. I ate so fast I forgot to take pictures only the coffee. Yum, yum.
